Thank you for shopping with us! We’re excited to get your bath bombs and garnishes to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship: 

Processing Time

We’re a small, passionate team (not some big, buzzing factory), so every order is handmade with lots of love and care. Give us 2-3 business days to work our magic before your goodies head out the door! 

 
We offer reliable shipping through trusted Canadian carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout: After processing time..... 

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days 

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days 

Please note these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary, especially during busy seasons or due to carrier delays. 

Shipping Locations /Shipping Costs 

Right now, we’re shipping our products only within Canada as we continue to grow and perfect our process. We can’t wait to send some love across the border to our American friends once we figure out the best process with all the cross-border tariff talks. Until then, stay tuned as exciting things are on the horizon! 

 
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions over $125.00 so keep an eye out! 

Order Tracking 


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. 

Important Shipping Notes 

  • Sometimes carriers mark packages as “delivered” before they arrive. If your package hasn’t shown up within 3 business days of a “delivered” status, please contact the carrier to file a claim. * Also check with your neighbours. I have had packages from places I have personally ordered from say delivered however, my neighbours received the packages. Drivers are human too and sometimes make mistakes.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact the delivery company to file a claim. You can also email us at info@bathbombandgarnish.ca, and we’ll be happy to assist. 

  • We are not responsible for delays, or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your details at checkout! 

  • We are not responsible stolen packages. If you are not going to be home, please make arrangements to receive the packages.
