Returns & Exchanges 

We take pride in the quality and care that go into our handcrafted bath bombs and drink garnishes. These products are intended for personal use, and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final on bath and body items as well as edible garnishes. 

Please be sure you’re confident in your selections before completing your purchase. If you have questions about ingredients or usage, we’re always happy to help prior to ordering. 

Final Sale Items 

Due to the nature of our products, bath bombs and drink garnishes cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless they have arrived completely damaged and broken from delivery. * Pictures will need to be provide so we can happily assist you. 

 Other Items 

If you have purchased non-personal care items (for example, accessories, gift boxes, or merchandise), these may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition and packaging. 

To request a return authorization, please email info@bathbombandgarnish.ca with your order number. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (Unless it was shipped in error on our end) Refunds for eligible items will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. 

 Storage & Product Consistency 

Our garnishes are all-natural just pure, simple goodness and need to be stored and kept sealed away from humidity. Bath bombs, on the other hand can be a little sensitive to heat, light, and humidity. To keep everything fresh and fabulous, store your bath treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Bath bombs may become softer, harder, or develop cosmetic cracks during transit.  

  • These changes are normal and do not impact the quality or performance of the product. Because of this, variations in appearance or consistency are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refunded. 

  • We use biodegradable wrap on our bath bombs to keep the humidity out. 

 Since our garnishes are naturally dehydrated, you’ll notice a little personality in every batch. Colours can vary and some pieces might be brighter, others a bit darker, all depending on the type of fruit, drying time, and season. Sizes may vary too, especially with fruits like oranges that love to surprise us with different shapes and shades throughout the year. It’s all part of their natural charm! 

  •  Keep your garnishes looking their best by storing them somewhere cool, dark, and dry. Think cozy cupboard, not steamy bathroom! Moisture is their enemy, so make sure the package is tightly sealed and no sneaky humidity gets in. Better yet, transfer to a glass jar and add the oxygen absorber to show them off. Just keep out of sunlight. Treat them right, and they’ll stay pretty and ready to impress every time.
